How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at therightclothesstore@gmail.com

with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds are available within 7 days for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Opened, used, or personalized items are non-refundable.
Returns:

Items can be returned within 7 days if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).
Exchanges:

Damaged or defective products can be exchanged if reported within 48 hours with photos/videos as proof.
Exchanges for other products are allowed; any price differences must be paid by the customer.
